About
I'm Brian Crusoe. I've spent the better part of a decade inside food manufacturing plants — running continuous improvement programs, building data systems, and figuring out why Line 4 keeps going down at the worst possible time.
I started my career in production management and continuous improvement roles at companies like Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Real Good Foods, Aryzta, and Del Monte Foods. Six Sigma Black Belt. The kind of background where you learn that the best data analysis in the world doesn't matter if no one on the floor trusts it.
Along the way, I started building tools — first for myself, then for the teams around me. Python scripts that turned messy MES exports into something a plant manager could actually use. OEE calculators that didn't require a PhD to operate. Shift reports that told you what happened and why, not just a wall of numbers.
Crusoe Advisory is the formalization of that work. I help manufacturing teams get more from the data they're already collecting, using tools I've built and refined in real production environments. No theoretical frameworks. No six-month discovery phases. Just practical analytics from someone who understands the difference between uptime on a dashboard and uptime on the floor.
